Opened in 1991, Northeast Executive Abstract Agency, Inc. is a fully functional Title Insurance Company based in Northeast Philadelphia and with an office in Southern New Jersey. Our Company specializes in purchases and refinances in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We work daily with homeowners, new buyers, lenders, realtors, brokers and banks to get each and every settlement to the table smoothly. Our services don’t stop at settlements, though. We have quick access to recorded documents, lien searches and last owner searches. We’re proudly underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty Company and New Jersey Title Insurance Company. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always eager to help, whenever possible. Our management team has over 50 years of experience in the title insurance field. We also have a full support staff including our conveyancing and accounting departments to service all title related needs. Our services include but are not limited to full title searches, last owner searches, tax searches, settlement services. We have notaries on staff, email capability and will travel to conduct closings. We give back to the community whenever possible. Two examples of this are our FILL The Void Scholarship Program and our support of the LPGA Pros in their Fight to Eradicate Breast Cancer.
